animated gif a bit too big for an avatar as is

Ooh, that's neat Fen. You need a program to edit each frame individually, I've got an animated gif with the same problem but I never found, well gave up trying to find, a program that could decently crop it. :\

So, whoever knows of one, tell me too!

I think the avatar limitations were a little too limited and expanded them to accomodate what you posted.
