Hey guys. Didn't know if Hoss had a guild in DAoC beta yet (haven't seen any or would def say hey) but I was wondering if anyone has an idea of DAoC Guild's role in the game.

We all know EQ guilds go after the uber mob. Anyone know what the high level game is like? (Level 7 here.. spend too much time on the awesome tradeskills).

Anyway, hope someone can help me out.

Ease of communication
guild emblems
eventually have your own guild house
when taking keeps you can fly your guild flag eventually
Form alliances with other guilds to have yet another green love spam channel (great for coordinating multi-guild fights)
Lots of friends around too

Role in the high end game? Be feared for your prowess at pvp and keep taking I'd imagine.

That explains why I don't see you guys.. hehe

So planning on going Albion eh? I really kinda feel sorry for Hibernia.. from info on the net and what I have read, they seem like they are going to be the least populated.
