Then again im a huge tool fan =\ (I think its safe to say they are my favorite band)

I dunno, I am always hesitant to label any CD, movie, game, book, whatever "the best" of anything. One person's tastes can vary from one day to the next, let alone from one person to another.

I do agree that it's their best CD yet, and easily one of the best I have come across.
