1. Decrease the cast time on the Ranger level 70 and level 69 DD's to .5 seconds.
2. Decrease the recast time on the Ranger level 70 and level 69 DD's to 17 seconds.
3. If you plug those two changes in to the calculator below you will see how the Ranger Percent Effectivness of Parent improves to being slightly ahead of Shadowknights and Beastlords.

You still have a resist check of zero, spears kind of suck because of this. You need to have a resist check of -50 to -100 for them to be effective.

Yes, I left resist checks out of those recommendations because I don't have hard numbers for percentage of resist rates right now, and partly because looking at the parents...only necromancers have any resist mods.
