I just totally had an EQ flashback. Back when BoT was new and groups were plentiful. I had this shaman believing if he stepped on a crack he'd get ported to the zi at the ocean camp. <8 decession pants :) Oh man I laughed hard that night...

I did not resist the urge to buy WoW. I guess it was worth the money spent since it was actually pretty fun for a while......but I got bored with it eventually and haven't played in about 2 months. Possibly it isn't anything to do with the game.....I just don't have a lot of time to devote to anything like that so it's hard to get fully sucked in the way I was with EQ.

So, can you have fun as a n00b in WoW? I don't have the time to dedicate to the high-end but I wouldn't mind being able to drop in and chat.

If n00bs can't have fun, I guess I'd have to level up a dr00d. I noticed the recruitment page... =)

Well, I guess it's a good thing I couldn't find a link to download WoW. I just finished reading some of the WoW site and it sounds really good, even for the casual n00b. It's gonna be much harder to talk myself out of this in the future.

BTW, what are the monthly fees? Do you have to buy expansions or are they included? Someone give me some scoop! =)

15.00 a month first month free, no expansion any time soon, but they release something new every couple months. And yeah casual people can have a ball. Come in and say Hi sometime.
