Level 30+ small shields?

RAWR! hey guys quick question. You know where any decent small shields drop that are level 30+? I'm a skald now level 35 on Guinevere(sp). I cant seem to find one for the life of me. I'm still using a mithril. All my other armor is up to par, faded/twilight etc. but cant find a small shield =/
