Hey I need to post my resume some how so that I can just give the link to it. It's a WPS file and apparently the last place I send it said they needed a word file. Any ideas?

WPS appears to be Microsoft Works format (do they even make that anymore?); try seeing what other formats your word processor can save as, obviously MS Word being your first choice; RTF a good second choice.

If your word processor can't save as Word, you have a few options:

1 - go to Google and register for their Docs & Spreadsheets service; this is a web browser based word processor and spreadsheet suite, and allows you to save files in MS Word format.

2 - download Open Office (www.openoffice.org), this should also be able to save as MS Word format.

3 - buy MS Word (or download 30-day trial version here (http://www.microsoft.com/office/trial/default.mspx)).
