Firanja and I headed to Phoenix for a much needed vacation. It was a small vacation, but work sucks and it's good to get away.
While we were there I decided to hit up Club Tattoo in Tempe. It was the cleanest and nicest tattoo shop I've ever been in and I've been in about 15 or so. The people were nice and friendly, which is always good.
I have pics from the trip, but I am too lazy to get them off the camera atm. So here are a couple shots of my tattoos.
The left wrist is my aunts initials in her writing (IDS), plain black. I was named after her, we both have the same initials and we were super close. She passed years ago, but I still always smile when I think of her. She is the reason I am here (she talked my mom out of an abortion, which is why I am named after her.)
The right wrist is a star, black outline and grey shaded then skin tone. I had a good friend years back who wanted to name a star after me. I, of course didn't mind, but I wanted it named Ines Dee. Which is my aunts first and middle name. The star represents her star in the sky.
Laura, my tattoo artist says she always appreciates a good story behind the tattoos. And well, that's my story to share with you guys.
P.S. Camera phone shitty quality, but all I've got atm.
