That Nalaa tells mentioned binding heals to mouse clicks. So that mod is called Clique. You can use any UI raid frame though to see your raid. I personally like Grid as it shows a lot of information in such a condensed format. Other people like sFrames, xPerl, and Pitbull raid frames to name a few.

Or Healbot. I tried both but just prefer Clique since it never gets broken in patches (or hardly). Anyway - in the end, they are the similar mods one uses for click-casting and raid frame monitoring.
