Marble tastes pretty similar to cheddar I guess, although I much prefer the taste of marble. It's basically orange and white cheese together, dunno what kinds, and the pattern is sort of, uhm, marbled. Not sure how else to describe it. It's very common in Alberta anyway <shrug>

duno if you can buy Cabot cheese where you guys live, it's a Vermont cheese co, but they have Hunter's Seriously Sharp Chedder, and it's the BEST cheese, normal sharp chedders are too weak
