Um I dunno what I did or how I did but somehow I have some sort of back door program running and i'ts adware. I currently dont have any anti adware programs on my pc. is there any good/safe freeware that would actually work and add more to the problem?

If you don't have any adware detection programs running, how do you know you have adware installed?

Bleepingcomputer.com - you got troubles? fix them there.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html - Follow step 3 and beyond, until you have no more problems.
http://www.tweakguides.com/TGTC.html - download and read. You'll be surprised how much you can learn.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic405.html - a good resource for anti-malware.
Instead of thanking me, read more of the tweaking guide.

yes but i forgot to get any kind of ati adware or spyware or malware. I remembered that my ISP offers a free service through McAfee so i now have that. and all the links in the thread asks for some sort of charge that i can not pay for at this time.

I don't run any kinda spy ware removal or anti virus, and I don't seem to have all these "problems" :)
I occasionally install them, then end up removing them for taking up too many resources and not serving a function, except removing things that don't exist on my computer.
