Long story short, I bought a WOTLK US key for $70ish. Was told it'd arrive less than an hour later.

8 Hours later, no key and 3 emails and a customer service guy finally gets online for the live support:

Yes my surname is actually Butterworth :p I couldn't get a key from Blizzard as they don't accept international credit cards so I went to another company and bought a key for $40, came within the hour :) playyet.com = good company but alas no refund from randyrun yet :(
