This is my yorkie bichon mix, named Ernie.

No.

I was asleep at the time, and my wife sees that the puppy is salivating a lot more than normal, so being a nervous new "mommy" she gets worried and calls some 24 hour Vet hotline, and the person on the phone listed a bunch of dog illness' it could be, and said you need to get him medical attention immediately.

So, my wife finds an all night Vet, wakes me up in a panic saying we have to leave now... and the next thing I know is I'm paying silly amounts of cash for x-rays, IV's and whatnot to determine that there was nothing wrong with him.

I thought the x-ray's were cool though, and as you see I got to keep copies of them.

Well, now she knows...some dogs just do that sometimes :)

Ok...there was more to it than just salivating!!! hehehe

He didn't eat all day, and wouldn't drink any water. He had the runs and it scared the bajesus out of me that there was something seriously wrong. He was still so tiny, and I was scared. So....off to the vet we went. I was thankful that Stosh didn't fight me on it, and took Ernie and I to the vet to be looked at.

Yea, I worry too much I think, but my philosophy is better to be safe than sorry! :P

Yeah my families Yorkie just got hit and run a couple weeks ago.

Those dogs are soooooo cute and loveable. :(
