Its a strangely engrossing film with a different take on vampires. Me and tink both liked it.

Watch it in letter box for sure. As the dubbing is truely horrible!

I *LOVED* this movie.

It was a fantastic take on the vampire genre and does a great job of putting relationships in a different light.

If you haven't seen it, it is in French. However, don't let that detour you... this is one of the best films you'll watch this year.

You're official source for a break down of a movie in under 10 words!

Your official source for a terrible break down of a movie in under 10 words!

Fixed.

It isn't a terrible break down. Did they make vamps out to be emo fucks that just eat animals and are really misunderstood or not?

French? Wtf?

It's Swedish, how on earth do you mistake that for French? :\

I feel insulted!

Yes, their women are both as hairy, just swede women have lighter hair so its just not as noticeable.

I watched the movie a couple weeks ago, the begining was boring so I skipped to the end. Didn't even know it was a vampire movie!

Going to watch it again seriously this time.

Wait...you guys liked a movie that isn't in English?!?

I thought it was pretty good...saw it in L.A. in January and recommended it to the Swede contingent at work (we have like 6 Swede programmers here, which seems odd to me), who loved it (although they waited for the DVD release).

Another movie in Swedish that you should see: The Sacrifice (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091670/) (by one of my all-time favorite directors, Andrei Tarkovsky).
