Seeing as they only cleared Maly last week on their first attempt with a 6 minute kill and are now one hitting hard modes in Ulduar something is amiss. Oh and somebody keeps deleting topics about it in their realm forums I smell a conspiracy!

Turns out a GM gave him an item called Martins Fury


Martin Fury was the item he claimed to have obtained. If you check http://www.wowdb.com/item.aspx?id=17, like it says, the ID for the item is 17

Go to his armory -> http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Vek%27nilash&n=Karatechop

Hover over his shirt slot... nothing? Click it, you'll be sent to the "page" of the item ID 17, which doesn't exist, probably because blizzard is hiding developer tools from the armory
