I think one reason why the tracker is not working because the servers arent slated to go back up until 2 PM PST...

well you know what? i9 have it downloaded already

and its 2pm for the low pop realms

the high/medium go up 1 pm pst

No there was an issue with the blizzard patcher it was all over the boards, and blizzard said they were in the process of trying to fix the issues that a lot were having.
