New Webserver - Please report issues

Today we merged the Hossguild.org/.net servers onto the WoWCPR.com server (after moving WoWCPR to a new server). Everything appears to be up and running, please let me know if you find any problems (missing/broken images; database errors; broken forum functionality, etc.).

Also, I've fixed the problem with not being able to upload custom avatars, signature pics, and profile pics.

You know those files we talked about? Php can't write to them. If anyone tries to access the roster page the compiler page goes into an infinite loop - since it can't write to the file, it can't update the filedate, and since the filedate is outdated Apache still thinks it still needs to run an update.
