Well, seeing as Mayor Tater Heads been mayor for 20 years, you are correct, when I was in high school we'd got to Memphis without our parents and go to concerts and never worry about anything. These days that city is rough, rough ROUGH...

I get a bit nervous when we go down there to play tennis at Rhodes, even... There are definitely some shady neighborhoods.

Once we're near the zoo and the general downtown area, things aren't so bad... just have to be careful everywhere else.
