Seriously though, people who get a University degree here should have to pay off the portion the government payed for (prolly 2/3's) if the leave the country to work elsewhere within 5 or 10 years or something. Cause it's not fair for taxpayers to fund their becoming a doctor, then they leave to the states to get paid more.
