Uncharted 2: Among Thieves

I got Unchartered 1(?) when I bought the system and I havent opened it. The only game I've played on PS3 has been Call of Duty: World at War. Waiting for the new Call of Duty I guess. I really lost touch with consoles except for Nintendo Wii cause its freaking addicting...

The first Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was phenomenal. I enjoy platformers so the Ratchet & Clank series is awesome, and I thoroughly loved Prince of Persia.

If you like Indiana Jones style stories at all (I'm a huge fan of that shit), you absolutely must play Uncharted 1 and 2. Uncharted 2 seriously takes console graphics and in-game action scenes to the next level.

Demon's Souls > Uncharted 2.

Uncharted 2 is still > the rest of the PS3 library.

I concede that this is a phenomenal game.

I'm trying to finish my first time through Demon's Souls before I head into Uncharted 2, but then again Demon's Souls is a grindy game the was I like it... And Uncharted 2 is only a half day of playing....

Tbh, I use my PS3 more as an HTPC than I use it for games. It's unbelievably easy to stream movies and stuff over a network with the PS3.

I use my ps3 more for media as well. Just dump all my movies/tv shows on an external hard drive. I also just put straight VOB's on there from my DVDs too. I'm too lazy to encode and the quality is better anyway.

Sonuvavitch my PS3 overheated and won't turn back on after an Uncharted 2 marathon. Now I can't get the damn rented game out to return on time. Sonuvavitch.

This game is so much fun. The game play and cut scenes are very impressive. I'm actually following the storyline in this too, which is a first in a long time (part of getting old?).

However like all my other games... I've put my Uncharted 2 game on hold and started playing COD2 for xbox360.

You mean Modern Warfare 2? How is it? I cancelled my preorder after hearing some bad things about the PC version (although I'd preordered the PS3 version). I'm not really much into the online aspect of it, more the single player campaign. Yes, I realize nobody buys CoD for the single player.

I've still got Ratchet and Clank sitting around unplayed, and Assassin's Creed 2 and New Super Mario Brothers are coming in this month. Lots to do...

yeah mw2. So far it's good, but i've only played online with some buddies. This is the first 360 game i've ever bought. I have never been great at first person shooters on consoles... i always did that on pc.

The PC version got a whole lot of bad press because of the online component. People got all p.o'd about it.
