Looking for a gaming headset with a very good noise cancelling property (I'd like to be devoid from outside noise as much as possible - like for airplanes and what not). If you could recommend something, thank you in advanced...

I saw something like this but was wondering if there's something better:

I have the SENNHEISER PC16, it has been wonderful and I've had it over a year now. No complaints at all.

Personally I prefer a set of proper headphones and a lapel mic. My current combo is Audio Technica ATH-AD700 and ATR-3350.

Pros: Proper headphones = epic sound quality and comfort for music and gaming, lapel mics can be some of the best as far as mics go.

Cons: Impossible to wear mic while nekkid (duct tape?!), double the cordage.

I picked up one of these mics a couple years back and am extremely happy with it...

Low price and good quality hand-made product.
