This is old news, but one of my favorites. When I was a wee dwarf of 35, I booked for the SF zone with a Dragoon hot on my arse. He "killed" me while zoning so I wound up in the middle of SF, got agro'd by a Wyvern and died.
I petition and the guide responds with the following...
"Sometimes when you zone it puts you underneath the world grid and so has to move you to a safe spot that isn't always safe. Therefore, it is not a bug and we cannot help you."
I reply
"I wind up underneath the world grid and that's not a bug?"
Guide:
"Please do not send me direct tells or you will get a warning."
