Alexa Gonzalez.

NEW YORK — A New York City middle school student has been arrested for doodling on her desk with a marker.
Twelve-year-old Alexa Gonzalez scribbled "Lex was here 2/1/10" on her desk Monday. She also wrote "I love my friends Abby and Faith." The girl says the doodles could have been erased, according to the Daily News.
Moraima Tamacho says her daughter was released several hours after she was taken in handcuffs to a police station.

Good old rent-a-cop behavior reminds me of the stupidity that that guys at my High School had.

and yet the same system 8 years ago suspended with pay a teacher for telling 15 year old girls that their asses were nice looking and asking if they had boy friends only to find they couldn't fire him due to the union so he is still on the pay roll and goes into work each day to a desk with nothing to do. He makes 140k a year and is of retirement age now and is due to retire with 82k a year when he does plus 1700 a year added to it til he dies...yay for NYC!!

If I were a teacher I would write a note to a hot student. Something like:

Do you like me?

A) Yes
B) No
C) Maybe
