New forum skin and stuff

I've just completed updating the forum software and given everything a new look and feel in the process. Please let me know if you find any broken images, any unreadable pages, or any other weird problems and I'll try to fix them ASAP.

Oops, forgot to change the default style to the new style; up until now you were seeing the vBulletin 4 default style. :o

The upgrade has messed with the automated video embedding system that we used to run, I can try to recover all of that but will have to wait until after hours again. So please bear with the missing embedded video links until tomorrow probably.
