Due to the excessive post spamming from people trying to bolster their post counts for stars, I have changed the posting timer from 45 seconds to 3 minutes.

Ok, I figured the 3 minute post timer was overkill, so I set it back to 45 seconds.

However, I have set McPickle's post count to zero to make up for my need to nerf something.
