I know some people here are into comic books (now still or in the past)...
This is Don Kramer's work...a guy I went to high school with. You can see more here (http://donkramerart.com/), but I am adding in a couple of pieces he has recently done. He was working on Batman and specifically worked on the joker until he left that project a few months ago.
