I just did a Google when I wanted to find it, but in a nutshell here it is (very easy to do).

Take vodka and a 1 pound bag of skittles (a 1/5th bottle to 1 pound of candy). Separate all of the colors and put them into bottles you can cap off. Fill the bottles with vodka fairly even (you can see I did a so-so job on that one..lol). Shake, shake, shake the bottles a LOT and let sit over night until the candy is completely dissolved. Then filter out the extra sugar and stuffs (I used coffee filters) and presto...Skittles Vodka! It does take a LONG time to filter this stuff and I had to use anywhere from 3-5 filters per color to get it all.

I'd much rather just mix it with whatever flavor of kool aid and be done with it!
