From what I remember this was posted on teh Dro boards and answers went something like this:

Person from guild A: Soandso cleric from guild a is best!, and soandso monk from guilda is best, etc. etc.

Person from guild B: No way, Soandso cleric from guild B ownz soandso cleric from guild A.

etc.
etc.
etc.

It's just way too biased a question, and it no one is going to know ALL of the people of any one class on the server to be able to compare them, much less make a unbiased choice of who is "better".

I don't think this is meant to be an objective poll based on who is THE BEST on a given server...

It is afterall going to be simply a matter of opinion and certainly not anything to measure or compare people by. I think it's fun to recognize those people to whom I owe a debt of gratitude for mentoring me in various ways and certainly my criteria for determining THE BEST is going to be different from someone else's.

It's all a matter of perception and experience and not meant (at least I'd hope) to be used as a measuring stick by which to compare the entire population of the server.

Some of the people I chose, in the previous thread of this kind, don't even play EQ anymore and for that reason alone are obviously not necessarily THE BEST in comparison to currently active players.

It is all meant in fun, I think. If someone is listed or not is not something to be taken too seriously. ;)
