/shrug I play my way you play yours, sit stand works for me has for 50 levels without a problem. I'm a caster so a lot of my time is in a sit postion thats just me though, I mean I have other pages for when I'm grouped and the such I'm not a cleric that needs 400 hotkeys, and I like the way I have things set up. It changes with items and goes from there.

I use both hotkeys and shortcut keys for just about everything.

I probably use my sit hotkey more than any other button (but yes, I have a shortcut for it as well and use that too, hehe). I have spells hotkeyed, but also use alt-# to cast. I like flexibility.
