When I was a kid, it was definitely Transformers (I would throw a fit if I couldn't watch it), followed by Sesame Street.

As an adult, I'd say that Sesame Street blows away the competition for the somewhat vague title of "best kids show of all time".

Transformers, GI Joe, or Robotech ruled when I was growing up.

Interesting trivia: apparently the African version (or maybe it was Asian) of Sesame Street is going to be introducing an HIV positive character to the show. Not sure if it's a puppet or a person. No plans to have the same character in North America though.

Old GI.Joe was awesome, snakeyes owns you. Back when Cobra Commander had the blue outfit and the little cloth mask with the eyeslits! None of the robotic shit with crazy colors they had in later ones.

I had the teddy ruxpin tapeplayer/puppet thing when I was a kid, he ruled!

That was the one with the spark thing right Burnem? Optimus died and his spark was transfered to Rodimus, making him the leader guy. Best transformer ever was that guy who could turn into a boom-box and shoot out the taps that turned into a bird and a dog. Shockwave? or something, he was the shit.

Anyone ever see the second Transformers movie? Optimus comes back, and there is some sort of virus that infects a ton of the Autobots or something. I don't remember it that well, but it was not bad.

Optimus died and gave his spirit to that Magna Prime (or something), that guy died and that hot rod became Rodamus. I think that's what happened in the movie...it was like 14 years ago /shrug
