Computer Woes

Last night while I was sleeping my computer crashed, burned and died. It had been acting funny lately, cpu buzzing and beeping, not able to write to disk C:\ - Data or files may be lost, things I deleted from folders not showing up in recycle bin but instead showing up on desktop etc. So, either I had a virus that seriously screwed my computer, or a combination of humidity/heat and a failing cpu fan caused my cpu to melt down and corrupt my OS ( Win98 )/hard drive.

Long story short, give me 2-3 days before I'm back online...will be back as fast as I can!

I hear ya, my monitor went poof in the heat just from browsing the web and so on. I am borrowing a 14 inch monitor right now it's so dated and crappy:mad:

Well, my computer must have 9 lives or something because it only took one day of rest before it decided to mysteriously fix itself and work again. So, Im all set and will see you tonight!

And Lola, I liked that movie :(

Well, my comp died again Saturday night ( after Kaas Thox Aten Ha Ra or whatever it is ) aka the blob that wouldn't die. Thats why I wasn't on Sunday, and it looks as if it won't be fixing itself this time.

So, gonna be two-three days for me to get it fixed and then I'll be back.

New computer purchased, win 2000 installed, when I get home tonight at 5:00 pm I'm going to be re-installing EQ and patching, hopefully the patch won't take tooo long ( wishful thinking here, work with me ) and I'll be back with ya tonight!
