as i understand friendly FFA. Guilds on the old IGB occasionally posted "intentions" for VS, but that was the extent of it there is no rotation.

Basically the same as any non-rotated mob

Can post intention and it will be honored or just kill him when he is up if no one has posted.

Taking multiple spawns in a row is considered "hogging", but otherwise - feel free if you are there.
