The game is terrible.

Imagine DAoC without the PvM, and a less polished PvP system. Horrible packetloss, graphics right up there with original release EQ, and a strong dozen classes that're completely broken.

It's hardly a game at all. Oh, and did I mention that if there are more than 60 people on the server, it takes a dive?

I'd have to agree that it was quite the letdown for me. I was hoping SB to be the next 'big one', as I rather enjoy the more complex action that PvP brings (no matter how good a computer can be programmed, it's still just a computer and can be learned, studied and beaten). You're never really sure what a person can do, which is why I find PvP is so much more intriguing (sp?).

Anyway, when I saw it I was disappointed to say the least. I can only hope it grows into the game that I read about, as I don't have much hope for any other up and coming MMO out there :(

There might still be hope. There are a lot of people posting everywhere saying how crappy it is, blah blah blah, but it's rare that they themselves have played it. It's just the trendy thing to say, all the kids are doing it!
