For anyone that doesn't know, I was quite surprised the other day when I had to use lay hands and ended up short a few hundred hp. Spdat:

1: Increase Hit Points (HP) from 33 (L1) to 1921 (L60)

Here's my theory....they're going through and trying to update all the skills and spells to include the level advancement to 65. I know that the slow proc on my main hand epic went from a 50% at 60 to a 52% max slow at 65.

They probably changed something and didn't immediately update LoH to reflect that change up to 65...
