I think you get (Meditate Skill)/10 mana/tick from meditating. So what, 25/tick for casters? My med cap is different than yours I believe.

There's a great post on graffe in the library section about manaregen per tick with the med skill. It's not med/100. Sorry I can't link it, I don't have access to graffe from work. :/
