The circle above the target is a timer has a 6 sec tic as well as melee round and I cant lose the cursor now hehe

Upper left looks like the alt-m window. Not sure how it's modified though, but I can make out the 4 tabs on the top.

I tried that UI for afew days, might be ok for casters but for melee it was somewhat well.. too cluttered
