Winnipeg is almost in line with the border of North Dakota and Minnesota. Pretty much in the exact middle of the continent. Don't blame west or east coasters for this guy. It's the prairies. All that horizon, makes you a bit nuts.

As Eomer said, I was pointing out that Winnipeg is nowhere near being west coast, it's dead center in the continent. As for the no offense, why is that so often used right before an insult, as if it somehow makes it acceptable? Like, "no offense, but you're an ignorant fucking asshole".
