Hey hoss :) LTNS! Thought I'd drop by and say hi! Just curious who is still around and if anyone is going to be playing SWG. I play DAoC with Scarab now on Guinevere since DAoC came out. Some of you old timers might remember them from Sol Rol way back in the day. Anyways, I'd love to get Scarab on the same server as the Hoss people who decide to play SWG and catch up, so lemme know what server you guys end up on :)

Alas, I permanently retired from EQ after about a month in PoP. I just don't have the time to devote to games anymore. I've become very busy, living the academic life (which I love, no matter how much I complain). :p

I'm working on getting into a very difficult grad school program and I spend most of my free time writing papers and filling out applications for fellowships ;) Oh and I have to make time for Aul too or he gets cranky. :p

I have no idea what PoP is (other then stuff you drink) so I'll assume that its one of EQ's expansions ;) Glad to hear your doing well with school life though. Where are you trying to get in to grad school? I'm a professional student myself ;) When people ask me what I do for a living I tell them I go to school lol.

I haven't decided yet--the only schools I've investigated so far that have the kind of program I'm looking for are Johns Hopkins and UCLA. But it really depends on who's willing to offer me a teaching assistantship/fellowship. :eek: UCLA is a nice option because I'll be back in CA and closer to my family. Both schools have their advantages and drawbacks though so who knows. :p

And yeah, PoP is the latest EQ expansion. ;)

I'm in the SWG beta now and will more than likely play the retail (unless they completely fuck it up between now and then). No idea on servers really until it goes live.. since there's only one server right now for the beta.. heh..

hahaha I always wanted to be a biologist but I'm a World Lit. major. I'm studying literary theory, translation, art, and poetry. ;)
