It said Feb 4th for the first one, does that mean it's out on DVD?

The 4 animated pieces are being released online (one a month or so) up until the release of the next Matrix movie in May. A DVD with all of them will be released at/near the release date of the movie.

So the 1st one was available for download beginning the 4th.
