Interested In Guild

I am Presently a Lvl 60 Druid with Epic. Working on 61. I am Currently in the Guild Evening Reign. I was wondering what some of the Guild requirements you need or have to have to be a part of this Guild. And Im not for sure if you are Tagging anyone or accepting any others in the Guild at this time. If i could get any Information on this Guild it would be much appriciated. Thanks.
