Anyway, just workin' and messin' around in EQOA, reincarnated Xirizji as a war :). Are any of my old pals around? Can't find Vindi site. They still around? Zar, Wide, Andaas, Scrith, Van, Eli, Dharrk, Nilaa, GIMME SUM LUV! Let me know what's going on, and what you are all up to.

Yeah Wide was looking for you, I think he made a post on the druzzilro board awhile back asking about you. www.druzzilro.com.

Some of those people you mentioned are still playing, I quit played for another 6 months then decided I want to invest more time in other things. So at the moment I am not active in EQ, I am playing around with some X-box and other pcgames from time to time but not that much really.

Vindication is long gone. Some went to Township Rebellion of which I am not sure what the status of that guild is at the current time.

Eli, damn you ARE die-hard. Maybe if you ask Sony real nice when they shut down all servers you can take one and put it in your house. Then you could play for the rest of your days, and have all of Norrath to yourself... err wait that doesn't sound fun. Anyway, EQOA isn't really that bad, more laid back than EQPC has some nice features though, no zones.. gotta love that. Graphics better than release of eqpc, but nothing special, although i must say Xir looks very hot with her Epic swords and armor heheh. I'll try to post a pic. Dragons are piece of cake, we killed Vox 3.0 tonight, don't know why any other guilds on server haven't done it. Sony still up to the old game of shadow nerf, even in EQOA. Only thing that pisses me off about the game is how crappy the players are for the most part. Oh, wells.

Hehe, it's a guild on that server that you pay 40 bucks a month( stormhammer/legends). I am not sure who is all playing there anymore as it's a mix of people from different servers.

Good question! I doubt me quitting effected Hoss a *lot*, but I imagine it could have been a bit of a pain without me for awhile, seeing as how I was the maintank for years. I don't know really though, I didn't ask.

Maybe some old-time Hossers could fill us in on that :D

Well wasn't it just you and Famor for the longest time? Now there is alot of warriors in hoss, mind you the game changed alot aswell.

Oh, and Zarx lol, there are like 6 servers now, just added a new one today i think for EQOA.

Dharrk.. cause warriors seem to rule in EQOA.. i get self armor buffs, group armor buffs, group HP buffs which i use like a group heal and to grab agro(no one else does this cause they suck), get 2 speed abilities which are like short term SOW, self str and dex buffs, high damage special attacks, small resist elements buff, massive taunt/ac ability. Shit the list goes on and on. Sks are ok, but they don't get fear and FD(neither do necros).. but you should see their epic weps in game.. TOTALLY EVIL AND COOL! Huge evil looking 2h sword that's red and black with Smoke shooting down the blade and a glowing red pomel, and a spear with same particle effects which looks very evil too.

Ya, but I tanked for Hoss for a long time before even Famor came into the picture. But yes he was an awesome warrior to deal with.

Well with every expansion the game changes, but at the time Drakky and Famor were around( Velious time) you didn't need a whole bunch of people to do things. Most raids Hoss or Vindi were being done with no problems with 30/40. Luclin changed that somewhat and I think with Planes of power people were hoping that raids could be done with less then 60. Some can but it seems the drive is for a large volume of people to get thing's done.

I hope with Words of Warcraft or any of the other online games coming out that they keep it around 25/30 people 40 max it's just more fun that way I think:cool:

Maybe it's cause people quit, move on, leave, etc.. more frequently of late.. but I think the guild just kind of rolls with things a bit more now. Hell.. some of our cleric core wasn't even in the guild when you were MT.. It's also different in that we rotate MT much more often due to the high dps and frequency of the mobs that need it.

As for being a bit of a pain.. I suspect the clerics/healers just needed to adjust a bit to the rest of us having lower hp/ac etc.
