OK.. just got it today.. giving it a listen.. review coming. Initial impression is.. amazing. I haven't found a track I don't like so far..

I'm interested in hearing this myself. Not neccessarily a bad thing but Manson had the problem for me of putting out a truly amazing CD in Antichrist Superstar. Very hard to live up to my expectations after that.

OK.. so after 4 full listens through this CD.. it simply is the best he's done to date. The songs are all REALLY solid, and feature a mix of his styles from all his previous releases.

High points for me are:

This is the new shit
Use your fist and not your mouth
(S)aint
Better of Two Evils

Better still.. this CD is going to translate into a pretty impressive live show as usual. There's a lot going on here but I think it'll come off really cool.

This would be a great CD for someone who's never heard MM before.

The Kovenant - S.E.T.I.

Try these two albums for something similar, but, atleast in my opinion, more interesting. (the second one sounds a bit more like manson - the first is a bit more "mehtuhl".
