see the Attach file: thing..... click on browse...then find the file hit ok....then when you are done, hit submit reply

And make sure you have saved the file as a jpeg or it will be too big for the forum. I like irfanview for easy viewing and conversion myself....although windows probably has that feature built in there somewhere....just never bothered to look for it.
