The above is the oldest link I could find.. this is actually a newer repost of one of the first web pages created - so it probably isn't *that* old in reality. But it's pretty damn old anyway.

I worked at Rome Laboratory around 1993 and I went to the "Main WWW Page" and there was this cool fantasy image archive! THE Picture Archive!! Then Java came out with this new browser, and it really sucked :| NCSA Mosaic was pretty cool :\

I still use lynx all the time... on my laptop w/ an Intel i380(m380, I don't remember) that I can't find drivers for even though it's like 2 years old :(
