divorcing with child and thinking you will have serious funds going anywhere but to your ex is a dream

Bitch has gone off the deep end. Im getting my daughter. If i were as big as a dick as people think i could ask for child support. Just want her away from me and child at this point.

It depends on who makes the $$$ for the home. You'd be surprised what a good lawyer can do. I am however uncertain how Texas handles such things.

Ya, here in Illinois if you have a penis you really better have a good case against the woman. Otherwise 95% of the time they get the children and whatever else they want.

A buddy of mine found out he had a daughter when he got taken to court (mind you the child was 6 at this point in time). The mother not only got child support, but the courts ordered him to pay 35K in arrears and penalties....AFTER both parties admitted in front of the judge he knew nothing about the child until he was served. All of this and he still does not get to see her.

There no such thing as a civil divorce. You have to be as dirty and hateful as possible or youll get yourself rear ended. I allready had to have the kids removed to grandmothers house cause of her actions. All I need is to take the 3 year old to the Psychiatrist and let her tell him what she told me and its done. Shell be lucky to not end up prison.

Ya, and since I moved out to the west side of Aurora you are really close now!..lol. I am about 15 minutes from Dekalb, which would be about 35-45 to Rockford I think?

Oh I use to work as the Barnes & Noble in DeKalb. Rockford is only 30 mins away. I lived in Lindenwood, right next to Rochelle.
