I prefer classical music to rock as well. Ursula and I would probably get along quite fabulously!

Sidetrack's finally open by the way! I was there Saturday afternoon, and observed why it took so damn long: it appears their doormen are doing a lot of the work. I must say it was amusing to see two of them using an angle grinder to cut bolts out of a pile in front of the place, both of the dumbasses wearing nothing but shorts and t-shirts (and all frayed and flammable to boot). Safety first!

The food was fucking terrible.

I am hearing from the bands that it's also not as good as the old place stage and soundwise. I suppose I'll find out what it's like there sooner or later.

It's not nearly as big as before, maybe 2/3 or 1/2 the size. But IMO the layout's actually a bit better in terms of being able to see the stage, bar being located conveniently and so on. Zero ambience as compared to the old place, that's for sure. It's a damn shame, but progress must not be stopped! The old one was wiped out last week I think, and a sign for the new condos proudly stands in it's wake.

Lemme know when you're playing there next, me and you can bring groupies back to my place across the street and take advantage of them on the patio for the viewing pleasure of half of downtown.

Now this time, it is indeed the same shirt as my avatar! It's okay though, since I haven't worn it in over a month.

Waitresses! (Too bad they're blonde :eek: ), and yes, I get sweaty after an hour of drumming under stage lights.
