Hi Drakky! I haven't been playing much for comp games lately, although I just got into the EVE Online beta on Friday, and Planetside too (VI are morons and it's taking them over a week to give me a new password to my GD account). So gonna try those and see.

Otherwise, I was busy skiing over the weekend and getting one hell of a sunglass tan. I am racoon, fear me.

Got an invitation to the Eve beta last Friday too, but haven't had a chance to try it out. If I bump into someone named Eomer I'll be sure to blow the ship up just in case :D

Made a char named Rusk, will try it out later today or tommorow probably.

Now: EQ, SWG, Planetside now.. Still like MMORPGs a lot..

Tried the AO thing again (actually not too bad), Shadowbane (SUCKED), Cancelled DAoC (lost interest), Eve kinda blew initially.. maybe it's better now..

Future: WoW, EQ2, Horizons and whatever Brad comes up with at Sigil

It's easy to have a life and do all these things.. you just have to balance it out and know when to log off (or fall asleep at the KB in Plane of Water).

I dont play eq anymore but I do play a few others when I got the time. Work and such don't leave a lot of free sitting around time ;p

~Bards dont steal as many buff slots as they used to they get there own annoying buff window :|

Most irritating thing in the world used to be when you were trying to get a clicky up and bardsong kept jumping into that top slot. :mad:

Having never played any of the previous Warcraft games I haven't followed or been much interested in WoW. If enough of my online compatriots give it a shot though I probably will too. It's funny how finally feeling free of EQ has opened up my eyes to a whole slew of other gaming options.

I'm off to the mall in a few to pick up Shadowbane because a few old friends of mine say it's worth it. Apparently from everyone that I've talked to that has experience with it you either love it or you hate it. Going to be on the scorn server if anyone's interested in my flavor of the month game ;)

Drakky, EVE Online is a MMORPG based in space. I don't know that much about it, to be honest, I avoid learning about games before I play them, but it seems to be extremely polished. All I have done is create a character, and I was blown away by how cool the process was. You can completely customize your character's face, hard to explain how, but I was very impressed.

I bet I could still name 12075125 things that they haven't fixed yet though.
