I've been Biggnose for a couple of years now. Yes, Danny was the original player. Those of you familiar with Biggnose may remember there was a shift from where there were dozens of Biggnose deaths a day to a less berzerk style. That's when things changed.

Yes, I do let other people play Biggnose, and I particularly did when I was stuck in the frozen hell which is Canada for 7 months.

No, Biggnose has neither been ebayed or transfered possession in any way for a couple years.


Ok but the point is the account was originally sold to you yes? I mean no offense or anything this is just simply a list of users that over time have changed hands and Biggnose is one of them if I understand correctly? Might have been years ago but regardless it was originally owned by another person. I remember the original guy running up and down the oasis beach way back on fennin ro.

/Sigh.....This is an old thread , but I just happen to come across my name mentioned in it.

I don't even play on Druzzil anymore (moved with Vindi), but I am so tired of the rumor that I do or once owned Strahd. I have never purchased or sold an account.

The real deal is this.

Lagnappe bought Strahd from Teeniee, Teeniee from Teeniee, and several other characters. He even intended to purchase Dont
(Hoss barb rogue) Which I spoiled by getting Lagnappe to admit in tells and sending the screenshots to Hoss's officers via email.

I still have the screenshots for those of you who would like to dispute it.

Let's rewind for a moment. 2 1/2 years years ago.

I met Lagnappe in EC while I was trying to twink Grabbit. Kaxmax is correct that I was originaly Silveroak (ranger). Lagnappe had a lot of nice gear and I asked him how he got it. He said he had several 60 characters and he and his buddies farmed rares in Seb.
We talked for several weeks and he offered to have me play one of his characters to group with him in Seb. I had no 50+ character at the time and had never been to Seb so I accepted. We grouped a few times , but played at different times of the day so it didn't really go anywhere.

I used Strahd as a transfer mule in ec for the couple weeks that I had access to him. Yes, I did lose a duel in EC , and a sword to a disarm bug. When I played Strahd It was my 1st time playing a 50+ character, and I would send all my level 40ish frnds tells. "hey this is silver, check this char out!", so that may be where some of the confusion comes from.

Anyway. Close to a month after I had been given accesss to strahd I found out Lagnappe was not the original owner, and I told him I no longer wanted to play Strahd. He became upset and questioned me. I simply told him I didn't want to play a character he bought. He immediately changed the PW and we were done with it. A week or so later he went to public message boards and flamed me for stealing his red dragonscale breastplate and FB earring from Strahd. He found the two items on one of his many characters a couple weeks later. He did privately apolgize for his accusations, but never posted his apologies on those public boards. Our friendship pretty much ended and I have no idea what happened to Strahd.

This has gone on long enough. Fasad, please stop saying you "know" for a fact I owned Strahd. When in fact I never did.

I say again, I never bought, sold, or traded an account. Strahd NEVER belonged to me, nor has any other account besides the one I have had since I started playing EQ. I simply had access to him for about a month.

Hi Zarxen.

I think the orignal purpose of the post was to point out and discuss people who ebayed on Druzzil. Biggnose isn't on that list is all I'm saying.

I'd have thought that everyone knew that I am not Danny, and that Gazel and I talked to him for a hellishly long time about getting back into EQ, and all that stuff. I mean, Gazel and I would talk about it in Seekers guildchat...

But no, that wasn't me running around in Oasis, or in Cazic Thule, or leaving corpse trains through Guk. I do think I've always done right by Danny, and improved the excellent reputation he started.

Uhh heh. Noone is arguing or questioning the issues with Danny. The point is you purchased the character. I think alot of people don't know that. Noone is saying it's a good thing or a bad thing.
