Need ideas for QOS

Got this e-mail from my sys-admin, turning to others for ideas. Keep in mind we are a small company so money IS an object:

QOS died today. The hard drive has sector errors that a scandisk is not fixing.

Because Blanco QOS is offline, the 4 T1's (6 meg) backhaul to Sprint is filled up almost 100% today.

I need ideas on building a new Blanco QOS. The only real one I know of that we can buy outright, is the Netenforcers we use in Blanco/Llano.
The 45 meg version is $20,000. The 10 meg version looks to be $16,000, but that limits our future upgrades..


Any thoughts?
