Wildstar is made by ex-blizzard devs and is basically a slapstick cartoon sci fi WoW, only with even more 'gimmicks'.

Kind of sad when 'made by ex-blizzard devs' is enough to make me lose interest in a new title now.

Beta is decent enough. Everything gets boring to me, but that's why I just game hop all the time. Even eq grew boring after a few months each expansion.

Been working QA on it since Sept. Like everything else it has it's good and bad qualities. The end game content (5-man dungeons and raids) is W T F intense atm.

WoW has become a joke over the years I know this... I still miss the days of sitting in IF on my Rouge, announcing that I am offering maxed lock-picking services on the AH bridge. While also announcing LFG for UBRS so I can run that damn place for the 10th time that day trying to farm for my dal rend swords! Those were the days when getting a group together was hard work but rewarding and getting a piece of loot was a privilege.

I will never understand why they removed the feeling of accomplishment from the game. It seems like that is what would keep players coming back or never leaving the game to begin with. Now the only thing that brings me back is the people I play the game with could use my help. Why have a CC spell when it is only used in one small hallway in a raid instance? Because it is so much more fun to just AOE smash everything in a raid? I wish they would wake up and bring back the characteristics that made the game fun and rewarding to play. I want to feel that sense of accomplishment again some day.
